  • small garlic clove minced
  • small bell pepper green cut into small dice
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • 0.3 teaspoon lime zest finely grated
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise 
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 small onion diced finely
  • servings salt and pepper freshly ground
  •  bell pepper yellow cut into small dice
