  • 0.5 cup unpopped corn kernels 
  • teaspoons curry powder 
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag, shaking well. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  3. Add popcorn, stirring to coat. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook, shaking constantly, until popping sound stops.
  4. Add popcorn to spice mixture, and shake thoroughly.
