Ingredients

  • tablespoons curry powder 
  • 0.5 cup basil leaves fresh chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons garlic minced
  •  lemon zest 
  • 1.3 cups coconut milk light
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • teaspoon pepper flakes red crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt to taste
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • teaspoons sugar to taste

Directions

  1. Heat a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the oil and heat until hot for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the pepper flakes, lemon zest, garlic, and curry powder and stir-fry until fragrant, about 15 seconds.
  4. Add the coconut milk, soy sauce, sugar, and salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly, about 1 1/2 minutes.
  5. Add the basil.
  6. Pour into a bowl.
