  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 0.3 cup orange juice 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Trim fat from steak.
  2. Combine steak and next 6 ingredients (steak through pepper) in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 8-12 hours, turning bag occasionally.
  3. Remove steak from bag; discard marinade.
  4. Prepare grill or broiler.
  5. Place steak on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and cook 7 minutes on each side or until steak is desired degree of doneness.
  6. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
  7. Serve steak with Tropical Fruit Salsa.
