  • tsp curry powder 
  • tsp juice of lemon 
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • 0.5 tsp salt 
  • 0.3 cup planters slivered almonds 
  • tsp sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix oil, curry powder, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper in large bowl.
  3. Add cauliflower; toss to coat.
  4. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with foil.
  5. Bake 15 min.
  6. Add almonds; mix lightly.
  7. Bake, uncovered, an additional 10 to 15 min. or until cauliflower is lightly browned and almonds are toasted.
