- 0.5 cup chicken broth
- 10 ounce pkt spinach frozen chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 0.3 cup heavy cream
- 0.3 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.1 teaspoon pepper flakes red crushed
- 4 servings salt to taste
- 2 pounds chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into 1 inch strips

- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir the chicken in the butter about 5 minutes, until browned.
