  • teaspoons curry powder 
  • tablespoons golden raisins (sultanas)
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • pinch nutmeg 
  • pinch pepper 
  •  veal cutlets shredded
  • pinch salt 
  • ounce yogurt 2%
