  •  avocado with pits removed halved
  • cups curd cottage cheese 
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder 
  •  jalapeno minced seeded
  •  juice of lemon juiced
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup onion diced sweet
  •  tomatoes diced

Directions
