  • ounce dairy-free cream cheese alternative 
  • 0.8 cup sugar 
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 

Equipment

  • food processor
  • blender
  • ice cream machine

Directions

  1. Add the carrot juice, yogurt, cream cheese alternative, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt to your food processor or blender. Process or blend until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours.
