Ingredients

  • tablespoons carrots finely chopped
  • tablespoons celery finely chopped
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • small garlic clove crushed peeled
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • tablespoon half cut plus onion red finely chopped
  •  a half cups of mayonnaise your favorite
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  •  scallions finely chopped
  •  rolls 
  • servings lettuce and tomato as accompaniments 
  •  six-ounce cans tuna in water white chunk drained canned

Directions

  1. Put the tuna in a large bowl. Mash.
  2. Add the carrots, onion, parsley, celery, and scallions.
  3. Place the mayonnaise in a small bowl.

  6. Mix together.
