  • teaspoons cornstarch 
  • 0.3 cup rum dark
  • 0.3 cup evaporated milk fat-free
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • tablespoons yogurt-based spread (such as Brummel & Brown)
