  • pinch cayenne pepper 
  • cups rice cooked
  • cup corn kernels pre-cooked
  • teaspoon garlic powder 
  •  bell pepper green chopped
  •  green onions 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander seed 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • teaspoon ground turmeric 
  • 0.3 cup catsup 
  • teaspoons paprika 
  • pinch pepper flakes red
  • servings salt to taste
  • small tomatoes diced
  • tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wok-style pan with turmeric, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, paprika, chili flakes, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Add the green onions and the green peppers; saute 1 to 2 minutes over medium-high heat.
