  •  eggs 
  • cup savory vegetable mixed frozen
  • pound ground beef 
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.3 cup water 
  • 1.3 cups frangelico 
  • 1.3 cups frangelico

  3. Spread over batter in pan.
