  • tablespoon coarse mustard seeded
  • pinch ground pepper 
  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 cup crème fraîche 
  • tablespoon chives fresh snipped finely
  •  garlic clove minced
  •  spring onion minced
  • large hardboiled eggs peeled halved lengthwise
  • teaspoon juice of lemon 
  • servings salt and pepper 
  • ounces salmon smoked finely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon paprika sweet

  1. Stir together crme frache, mustards, garlic, lemon juice, cayenne, paprika, green onion, and smoked salmon in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves and sprinkle with chives.
