  • 0.5 pound ham cooked cut into 1-inch pieces
  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise 
  • 0.5 medium onion quartered
  • 0.5 cup pecans cooled toasted
  • 32 servings garnish: parsley and pecans chopped

  • teaspoon all the tabasco sauce you handle 
  • 16 slices sandwich bread white firm

Directions
