Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups lettuce shredded
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1.3 lb chicken breast boneless skinless
  • teaspoons taco seasoning old el paso® (from 1-oz package)
  • 4.7 oz taco shells old el paso® stuff® (10 shells)
  • 1.5 cups tomatoes diced (2 medium)
  • tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Brush grill pan or 10-inch skillet with oil.
  2. Heat pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning mix on chicken breasts; cook on grill pan 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (at least 165°F).
  4. Remove from pan.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Cut chicken.
  7. Heat taco shells as directed on package. Fill taco shells with chicken, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese.
