  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • clove garlic minced
  • Tbsp juice of lemon 
  • Tbsp olive oil 
  • lb shrimp cleaned

Directions

  1. Cook and stir shrimp and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat until shrimp turn pink.
  2. Add mustard, lemon juice and parsley; mix well. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve over rice.
