- 3 cups rice hot cooked
- 2 Tbsp grey poupon country dijon mustard
- 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp juice of lemon
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb shrimp cleaned
