  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • teaspoon parsley dried
  • teaspoons dill weed fresh chopped
  • cups new potatoes chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • ounce cup heavy whipping cream sour

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain, cool, peel and chill.
  4. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine sour cream, dill, parsley, Dijon, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour dressing over potatoes and toss gently. Chill before serving.
