- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon parsley dried
- 2 teaspoons dill weed fresh chopped
- 7 cups new potatoes chopped
- 0.3 teaspoon pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounce cup heavy whipping cream sour

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes.
- Drain, cool, peel and chill.
