  • tablespoon rice vinegar 
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  •  sun-dried tomatoes 
  • 0.5 cup water boiling
  • pounds zucchini very thin cut into strips

Directions

  1. Combine tomatoes and boiling water in a small bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Drain and chop.
  3. While tomatoes soften, arrange zucchini in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 3 minutes.
  4. Combine tomato, zucchini, dillweed, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently.
  5. Serve warm.
