  • clove garlic finely chopped
  • oz mushrooms fresh sliced
  • oz baby spinach fresh washed ( 7 cups)
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.1 teaspoon dill dried
  • tablespoon pinenuts toasted
