  • ounce artichoke hearts drained quartered canned
  •  flour sliced
  • tablespoons basil fresh chopped
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.4 cup kalamata olives seeds removed, sliced thinly
  • 1.5 tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise 
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.3  bell pepper red stemmed seeded chopped
  • 0.3  onion diced red
  • servings salt and pepper black
  • 12 ounce solid albacore tuna in water white drained canned

    1. Mix together all of the ingredients except the salt, pepper, and focaccia. Mash the tuna up with the back of a fork. Season mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
    2. Place half of the mixture on one slice of focaccia and top with another slice. Repeat and serve.
