Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup salad dressing 
  • teaspoons juice of lemon 
  • teaspoon apple cider vinegar 
  • teaspoons parsley chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon hot sauce red
  •  chicken breast boneless skinless
  • slices farro 
  • teaspoons barbecue seasoning 
  • 0.3 cup barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, stir together white barbecue sauce ingredients; cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  2. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices bacon, stretching bacon to cover as much of the breast as possible; secure ends of bacon to chicken with toothpicks.
  3. Sprinkle both sides with barbecue seasoning.
  4. Place chicken on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 5 minutes.
  5. Brush with 2 tablespoons of the barbecue sauce. Cook 5 to 7 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F). Turn chicken; brush with remaining barbecue sauce.
  6. Serve chicken topped with white barbecue sauce.
