Ingredients

  • cups tortilla chips 
  • 0.5 cup spring onion chopped (8 medium)
  • tablespoons jalapeno drained chopped (from 12-oz jar)
  • cup refried beans (from 16-oz can)
  • 0.5 cup salsa thick
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F. Line 12-inch pizza pan or 15x10x1-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray.
  2. Spread half of chips evenly on pan.
  3. In small bowl, mix refried beans and salsa. Drop about half of mixture by small spoonfuls over chips. Top with half each of jalapeo slices, onions and cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese.
  4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve immediately.
