  • 16 slices raisin bread 
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese plain soft (from 8-ounce tub)
  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  • tablespoons apricot dried chopped
  • pound turkey smoked fully cooked thinly sliced
  • slices bread whole wheat
