  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • cup mangos divided ripe cubed peeled
  • tablespoon pistachios chopped
  • cups gourmet salad greens 
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup strawberries sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon vegetable oil
