  • 24 ounce tuna steaks ( 3/)
  • teaspoon chili oil 
  • teaspoons sesame oil dark
  • tablespoons green onions finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup lower-sodium soy sauce 
  • teaspoons sesame seed toasted

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Add tuna; seal and let stand 10 minutes, turning the bag occasionally.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  4. Remove tuna from bag; discard marinade.
  5. Add tuna to pan; cook for 5 minutes or until desired degree of doneness, turning once.
