Ingredients

  • lb pork shoulder boneless cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • medium sweet potatoes and into peeled cut into 3/4-inch cubes ( 3 cups)
  • cups corn frozen
  • cups collard greens frozen chopped (from 1-lb bag)
  • 15 oz blackeyed peas rinsed drained canned
  • 14 oz chicken broth canned
  • tablespoons worcestershire sauce 
  • 0.5 teaspoon thyme leaves dried
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red (cayenne)

Directions

  1. In large bowl, mix pork cubes, flour and seasoned salt until pork is coated. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add pork; cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to pork in skillet.
  4. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pork is tender.
