  • tablespoon crystallized ginger minced
  • Dash ground allspice 
  • Dash ground cinnamon 
  • Dash ground ginger 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • 0.3 cup raisins 
  • 0.3 cup raspberry jam red
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • cups cranberries dried sweetened (such as Craisins)
  • 1.5 cups water boiling
  • 0.3 cup citrus champagne vinegar

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients; cover fruit mixture, and let stand 30 minutes.
  2. Combine vinegar and next 5 ingredients (vinegar through ground ginger) in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
  3. Add fruit mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in jam.
  4. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.
