Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoons bourbon 
  • 0.5 teaspoon cornstarch 
  • teaspoons ginger fresh peeled chopped
  • tablespoons green onions thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon honey 
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce low-sodium
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 16 ounce center-cut loin pork chops boneless trimmed cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • teaspoons sugar 
  • 1.5 teaspoons vegetable oil 
  • 1.5 tablespoons vinegar white

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag, and add pork to bag. Seal, and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
  2. Combine soy sauce and the next 5 ingredients (soy sauce through honey) in a blender, and process until smooth.
  3. Pour the soy mixture into a small saucepan, and bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove mixture from heat; stir in green onions.
  5. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add pork mixture to pan; cook, stirring frequently 6 minutes or until pork loses its pink color.
  7. Serve the pork with sauce.
