Ingredients

  • tbsp catsup 
  • tbsp juice of lemon 
  • medium pork chops 
  • tbsp soya sauce 
  • tbsp vegetable oil 
  • tbsp worcestershire sauce 

Equipment

  • bowl
  • oven
  • glass baking pan

Directions

  1. Heat your oven up to 35
  2. Mix in a small bowl the soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, vegetable oil, and lemon juice together. Rinse your pork chops, and place them in a glass baking dish.
  3. Place half of your mixture over the top of the pork chops and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, turn over pork chops, and cover with the remaining mixture.
  5. Bake for an additional 30 minutes.You are all done!
