Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup water cold
  • 16 oz refried beans traditional canned
  • cups rice cooked
  • 0.5 cup salsa thick
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • cups lettuce shredded
  • cup tomatoes chopped
  • 0.3 cup olives ripe sliced
  • serving salsa 
  • serving cream sour
  • cups frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and cold water until soft dough forms. Press evenly in bottom of pan.
  3. Spread beans over crust. In small bowl, stir together rice and 1/2 cup salsa.
  4. Spread evenly over beans. Top with cheese.
  5. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Top with lettuce, tomato and olives.
  6. Serve with additional salsa and sour cream.
