  • box betty delights super carrot cake mix 
  • 0.5 cup coconut flakes flaked
  • 0.5 cup nuts chopped
  • 0.5 cup raisins 
  • 16 oz cream cheese frosting

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick pans).
  2. Place paper baking cups in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups.

  4. Bake 15 to 18 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from pans to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
