Ingredients

  •  skinned and boned chicken breast halves 
  • 5.5 ounce seasoned croutons crushed
  •  egg whites 
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 12 slices ham smoked thinly sliced
  • slices swiss cheese 
  • tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over chicken; set aside.
  2. Combine seasoned crouton crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  3. Whisk together egg whites and 2 tablespoons water in a shallow bowl.
  4. Dip chicken in egg white mixture, and drain.
  5. Place 1 breast half in bag; seal and shake to coat.
  6. Remove to a lightly greased aluminum foil-lined baking sheet, and repeat with remaining chicken.
  7. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Top each breast half with 2 ham slices and 1 Swiss cheese slice.
  8. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
  9. Serve with honey mustard dressing, if desired.
