Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 15 oz kidney beans rinsed drained canned
- 8 oz tomato sauce canned
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1.5 cups rice white instant uncooked
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- 1 small onion chopped
- 8 oz cheddar cheese shredded kraft
- 1.3 oz taco bellâ® taco seasoning mix
- 16 taco bellâ® crunchy taco shells
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped
- 1.3 cups water

Directions
- Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and onions; cook until chicken is cooked through, stirring frequently.
- Stir in taco seasoning mix, water and tomato sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 5 min.
- Add rice and beans; mix well. Cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Fill taco shells evenly with the chicken mixture; top with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
