  • slices oscar mayer bacon chopped
  • lb baking potatoes peeled cut into 1/4-inch cubes ( 2)
  • stalk celery chopped
  • 6.3 oz clams minced undrained canned
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese cubed ()
  • cup milk 
  • small onion chopped
  • 1.5 cups water

Directions

  1. Cook and stir onions, celery and bacon in medium saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  2. Add potatoes and water; bring to boil. Cook 15 min. or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Microwave milk and cream cheese in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until milk is heated through.
  4. Whisk until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  5. Add to potato mixture; stir.
  6. Stir in clams; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. (Do not boil.)
