  • oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.8 cup bacon crumbled cooked
  • 0.3 cup sun-dried olives drained chopped
  • 0.3 cup salad dressing italian
  • oz marinated artichoke drained chopped
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • cup milk 
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, toss mozzarella cheese, bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, dressing and artichokes.
  3. Spread mixture in pie plate.
  4. In medium bowl, beat remaining ingredients with whisk or fork until blended.
  5. Pour over mixture in pie plate.
  6. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
