Ingredients

  • cups cabbage shredded ( 1 large head)
  • 20 oz condensed tomato soup reduced-sodium canned
  • lb extra-lean ground beef 
  • cups brown rice instant uncooked
  • 0.3 cup 1/4 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  •  onions chopped
  • 2.7 cups water

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook and stir cabbage and onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 to 10 min. or until tender.
  3. Remove from skillet.
  4. Brown meat in same skillet. Stir in rice, soup and water until blended.
  5. Layer 1/3 of the cabbage mixture and half the meat mixture in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat layers; top with remaining cabbage mixture. Cover.
  6. Bake 1 hour.
