  • cups cool whip free whipped topping thawed
  • pkg jell-o lemon flavor gelatin sugar free (4-serving size)
  • pkg jell-o strawberry flavor gelatin sugar free (4-serving size)
  • cups water boiling divided
  • cups water cold divided

Directions

  1. Stir 1 cup of the boiling water into each flavor gelatin in separate bowls at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir 1 cup cold water into each bowl.
  2. Pour into separate 8- or 9-inch square pans.
  3. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  4. Cut gelatin in each pan into 1/2-inch cubes.
  5. Layer alternating gelatin flavors and 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping in 8 dessert glasses.
  6. Garnish with remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping.
