  • 0.5 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • 1.5 cups milk 
  • 4.5 oz mushrooms drained sliced
  • cup onion chopped ( 1 large)
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup tomato sauce 
  • oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.8 cup frangelico 
  • 0.8 cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425F. Grease 10-inch glass pie plate with shortening or cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle mushrooms, 2/3 cup of the onion and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese in pie plate.
  3. In medium bowl, beat milk, eggs and Bisquick mix with wire whisk or electric mixer about 1 minute or until smooth.
  4. Pour over vegetable mixture in pie plate.
  5. Bake 20 minutes.
  6. Spread pizza sauce over top. Top with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, remaining 1/3 cup onion, the bell pepper and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until cheese is light brown.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
