  • 14 oz canned tomatoes diced undrained canned
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder 
  • cups rice long-grain white hot cooked
  •  green onions chopped
  • 0.5 tsp ground cumin 
  • tsp maxwell house coffee instant
  • 0.3 cup lite house dressing italian kraft
  • lb pork tenderloin cut into bite-size pieces
  • oz baker's semi-sweet chocolate chopped
  •  onion yellow chopped

Directions

  1. Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add meat and yellow onions; cook 10 min. or until meat is evenly browned and onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well.
  4. Stir in tomatoes; simmer on low heat 15 min. or until meat is done, stirring occasionally. Top with green onions.
  5. Serve over rice.
