  • 0.3 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • 0.1 tsp ground nutmeg 
  • cup rice white instant uncooked
  • cups milk 
  • 0.3 cup raisins 
  • pkg jell-o vanilla flavor cook & serve pudding (4-serving size)

Directions

  1. Beat egg with wire whisk in large saucepan. Gradually add milk, beating until well blended.
  2. Add dry pudding mix; stir 2 minutes or until well blended. Stir in rice and raisins.
  3. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour evenly into 10 dessert dishes or 1-1/2-quart serving bowl.
  6. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  7. Serve warm. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
