  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • pound shrimp shelled
  • 0.5 cup wine

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter and oil.
  2. Add garlic and saute 30 seconds.Stir in wine and lemon juice and cook 1 minute.Stir in shrimp, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes over high heat, stir constantly.
  3. Serve with pasta or rice.
