  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • medium onion spanish halved thinly sliced
  • large ball pizza dough 
  • medium head radicchio thinly thick cut into ½ inch wedges
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 pound mozzarella cheese smoked shredded
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 0.3 cup wine 
  • tablespoons citrus champagne vinegar
