  • 16 ounce edamame frozen shelled
  • teaspoon garlic minced
  • tablespoon fried rice seasoning mix 
  •  mushroom caps sliced
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Place frozen shelled edamame in a microwave-safe bowl with 2 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook on high for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
  2. Let stand covered 1 minute.
  3. Meanwhile heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, garlic, fried rice seasoning, and cooked and drained edamame. Stir to combine.
  6. Serve hot.
