  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded divided

Directions

  1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
  2. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 7x11 inch baking dish.
  4. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs and milk. Stir in the bacon, hash browns, green onions, and 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven 25 to 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar cheese on top, and continue baking for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven, and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
