  • 1.3 cups eggnog 
  • large eggs 
  • 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg freshly grated
  • 16 oz round cake 
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Beat all ingredients together at low speed with an electric mixer until blended. Increase speed to medium, and beat 2 minutes.
  3. Pour into a lightly greased 9- x 5-inch loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 5 minutes or until a long wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from pan to wire rack, and cool completely (about 1 hour).
