  • cup carrots grated
  • tablespoons cornstarch 
  • 10.8 ounce cream of chicken soup reduced-fat reduced-sodium canned (such as Campbell's® Healthy Request)
  • teaspoon garlic powder 
  • teaspoon penzey's southwest seasoning italian
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • tablespoons cup heavy whipping cream sour reduced-fat
  • cups chicken stock see low-sodium
  • tablespoon steak seasoning 
  • small onion diced finely

Directions
