  • lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 14.5 oz canned tomatoes diced with green chiles, undrained canned
  • 10 oz enchilada sauce red canned
  • 1.5 cups corn whole frozen (from 1-lb bag)
  • 15 oz chili beans sauce canned
  • cup corn chips

Directions

  1. In 4-quart saucepan, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain.
  2. Stir tomatoes, enchilada sauce and corn into beef.
  3. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in beans. Cook 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated.
  5. Sprinkle individual servings with corn chips.
