  • 0.3 cup chili powder 
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  •  garlic clove minced
  • teaspoons ground cumin 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • cup onion minced
  • teaspoon oregano dried
  • 1.3 teaspoons salt 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

  2. Add garlic; cook, stirring often, 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients and 3 cups water. Cook, stirring often, 15 minutes or until thickened.
