  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 2.5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 
  • teaspoon dijon mustard 
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoons maple syrup 
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • cups radicchio thinly chopped
  • slices bacon 
  • cup watercress trimmed

Directions

  1. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add bacon to pan; cook until crisp.
  3. Remove bacon from pan, reserving 2 teaspoons drippings in pan; coarsely chop bacon.
  4. Combine 2 teaspoons drippings, oil, and next 6 ingredients (through garlic) in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk.
  5. Add remaining ingredients; toss well.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped bacon.
